The Enhance Primary Care plan is a government initiative which is granted by doctors for chronic medical conditions to allow them to see a podiatrist to a maximum of 5 visits per calendar year.

Note: There is a limit of 5 visits on EPC to ALL allied health professionals for example, podiatrist, physiotherapist, diabetes educator etc.  

Your doctor decides how many visits and to whom but the combined maximum to all services is 5 per calendar year.
